Run scripts of body onload and codebehind oage_load when first click of a server control

HI'
There is a server control in my page.
When I click it for first time , its work but scripts of body onload and codebehind oage_load also be run.
Why?

Solution 1

My suggestion is something is causing the Page to postback. This will cause the body onload script to run and the page_load to run.

Is there any updatepanels on the page?
