How do you get a mapped image to change color on mouseover from code behind in asp.net?

I am working on website for epaper, using image map I wants to heighlight every news which is open in new page after click that hot spot area. So I wants to differentiate each news area when mouseover.

You don't want to do this 'from code behind'. Mouse over handlers must be done client side.
