Error on starting windows phone 7 VB.Net project

Hi,

Has anyone successfully managed to install and write a program for windows phone 7 using VB.Net? I keep getting this error: This template attempted to load component assembly 'microsoft.visualstudio.smartdevice.projectsystem.base, version 10.0.0.0,culture=Neutral, public key....."

Is there someone who can help me out on this? Thanks
