There are some web services which you can use, some of them are free and some are paid.

Solution 1

There will be some third party conversion sites available - you will need a web service call or an RSS feed to connect to them.
These sites will provide the latest conversion rates - however, you may need to pay to use their services.

Solution 3

1. First Solution is best for use , choose a default value to convert , many exporters choose this scenario to deal with foreign currency.

2. use a webserviece for finding the current value of currency.
