how can keep more web.config file in my project

Hallo to every one
i want to if i have more than one web.config file
then this is error or not
becoze
i have develop my project in module
like
1-registration project module
2-login process module
3-blog module
and etc...
now i m conecting evry module
i index page
so i want to know if i dont delete the web.config file in every sub directory project this is genrate an error or not
