how to generate a page with images and links

I'm implementing a DVD Rental System web application using asp.net c#. what i wanted to do is, i wanna generate a page with movie posters available in a local folder and to generate a description, youtube url to play the trailer and another url to book the movie. youtube url is taken from a database. how can i do that??
