Website is posting back even with update panel.

Hi all,

I have a small quiz app on my website which is in update panel with a next button to get the next questions.The update panel is working great wen i enter with the following url : alloparents.net/default.aspx

When I enter with www.alloparents.net/default.aspx the update panel functionality is off and the next button is causing a postback.

So what is happening?
