how to perform a watermark in C#

hi...
i want to create a water for the user who is going to work in my website...
when he/she login at that time the water mark shown and store the time and details in my database to review who are all worked today and all...
i want to insert watermark text in a file who are going to upload their file...
any idea for this process....
