Solution 1

Use a text editor (e.g. Notepad) to create the configuration file and save it with the name Doxyfile with no suffix or run Doxygen with the -g parameter. See the Doxygen documentation[^] for info on the available configuration file options.

Solution 2

Doxygen Will provide a GUI front end(called doxywizard) for creating Configuration files.Check your Doxygen installation folder for the application.
