GridView Controller help

okay i have a grid view which displays values from a database, now i need to update these values by adding a edit link at the end of each row which opens to a new page that displays all the values from the db of that particular row in that form. now on changing these values and click update all the values are updated accod. I need to know how to add that edit link at the end of each row

kindly help
