Could Not Open the Asp.net Pag

Hello Sir,

I have installed vs2010.. i open a new web application in asp.net.. when i was run that application does't open the default webpage.. the internet explorer show IE explorer Could Not Load this page... Pleas tell me anyone.. how to rectify?

previous i have connected the net connection.after disconnect the net connection i did the process.. i check it... it's not open.. plz help me

if you connect to net that's not a problem.if you set as default page
check with another browser
