What other algorithm which can i use for hiding message in the noise of a picture?

The topic (as you probably know) is steganography. Wikipedia related page[^] (or Google) could be the starting point for searching such algorithms.

My 5.

The concept of "knowledge" has changed. It has been reduced to the knowing of right word; everything else is done with Wikipedia.

By the way, I hope nobody will take it seriously. This is just a rhetorical device. Right word here is "hyperbole"; everything else is done with Wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyperbole

What other algorithm as compared to what? Could it be you are alluding to the famous article series of Corinna John of CP. She wrote an article such as you mentioned: Steganography - Hiding messages in the Noise of a Picture[^]

Manfred

Emilio was so nice as to correct the link. There must have gone something awry when I posted this from my mobile device. :)
