I am creating a project on steganography. My question is how can i determine amount of data that we can hide in an image.Image can be bmp,jpeg,png. My requirement is to inform user about maximum data that can be hidden in a particular image.

Solution 1

Depends on the image... if you got a nearly unicolor-image, the amount of data you could hide is quite small.
