Import Excel Data to SQL Server Using SSIS With C#, asp.net

Hi All,
I have a requirement to upload excel sheet from .aspx to the SQL server. I am implementing using SSIS. I have created SSIS package and executing it using c#. When i am running the application it is working fine inserting into the database. After publishing it and configured in the production server no records are inserting into the database. Can any one please do the need full thing.

Has the user that runs the SSIS package the rights to run it on prodcution?
