Can anybody please suggest me a compact, easy .net application for my final sem dissertation? it'll be great if it consists of not more than some 6 pages/forms?

How about writing one of the few mini app (relevant to your school)

1. Online test engine
2. Online library system
3. Auto data archival system (>90 days)

Can you please tell me more about the 'Door delivery monitoring'? Like how it differs from the one which they have in PH now?

But I prefer a Inventory management system since these management systems provide maximum interaction with database and your knowledge will be polished

Make a small project of news hunting.

collect news from various sources from RSS and then store in database and make a website that is like news hunt.
