Do you mean is there any way of having an excel sheet held within a web site, then yes, you just FTP it to the web space.
You can write an FTP command into the VBA of the sheet to upload on close of sheet or on the push of a button.

Once on the web space you can have a web page refer to the data on the sheet, or even put in an iFrame and have the sheet shown within a web page.

Excel can even save the page as a webpage and you can call it directly.

If you need more than this then you need to ask a more perspicacious question.
