Send a Conformation Code by SMS after client order is Conform

Hello to all frds
i have develop an website of online shopping and its work fine. now i add a new option for shopping is COD (Cash on Delivery). so i want to send a sms when user confor his order . when he get the conformation code after that his order will conform.

To send SMS you need API.
After Paying some amount to api providers you will get API code
and you need to follow it.
