how to get clicked file path in new process?

Hi;
I have a software which creates a specific file and i want to open it in same software process; after click on it. i am able to run process but i didn't get clicked file path. how would i get it? (e.g. as pdf file opens in adobe like dat)

as i have created clickonce application.
