Validation between two datetimepickers in Windows Forms Application using C#

I have a StartDateTime and EndtDateTime Pickers in my Forms.

Based on selected date i have to calculate total hours and also same time I have to validate Startdate cannot be greaterthan end date.

So,how to do this.which event i have to use?

Please help if any know about this.
