IIS 5.1 showing error - "There are no items to show in this view"

Hi there,

I am using IIS 5.1 and I am local admin on my laptop. The IIS was working fine when I checked and also created few virtual directories but all of a sudden, I started getting this "There are no items to show in this view" error message.

can you please advise, what might cause this?

I checked many IIS related forums but could not find any answer.

Not sure, just a guess, since you said it was working good and all of a sudden stopped working (and you didn't make any change) - by any chance there was any windows update?

you are not the local admin. check your permission there is not any way to get this error
