Required unlimited email sending web hosting site

I want to send emails to my registered members regarding their current billings through email. I require a free hosting website which allows unlimited mailing.It should be able to deliver mails round the clock and without any limit in No. of mails sent. Please help me out with finding some free hosting website.

If no such free hosting site is available then help me finding cheapest site (i require sending nearly 50,000 mails).

Also for the same task i require mobile sms delivery. So i want a bundle of sms which works with appropriate query required to fetch data from my MySQL database.

You probably will not find one.

Most (if not all) of the free hosting sites have a limit on email sending, normally along the lines of "x per minute" or "x per hour" which if you exceed will cause your account to be frozen. This is so they are not used as a free spambot source, and tie up all their bandwidth. These limits are not generally high!

You best best for "unlimited email sending" is to get a paid site - you get what you pay for!
