How can i add tool-tip on menu

I have a menu header.in which i have menu item

such like Home, User, About Us, ETC

i want help in following...

1: when my client mouse over the About Us in menu item.
a tool-tip must open.
and display a message in tool-tip

and when my client's mouse blure then the tool-tip must get hide

how can i do that???

i am using asp.net comtrols
