how can i developed code for the menubar...

Solution 1

First learn on how to develop/make menu bar.
Refer: Adding Menus to Windows Forms in C#[^]

Then move on to styling it as aero look n feel.
Refer: Video: How to make your Windows Forms controls get the Windows Aero style[^]

Go stepwise. Try out, ample samples on internet.
