how to get emails from gmail to application

Hi,
I have one requirement my client wants to send an email to admin account with some text automatically admin account run the email service in application and send the email back to client is it possible? How?

For Example:
My client wants Lifting Report so that he just send an email with Liftingreport as subject and send to admin email account. Automatically admin run the email service in application and send back lifting report to the client as per subject.
