i have a database which has a table of 20 columns.i created a crystal report for it. all the columns came in a single page in output.its so conjusted over one by one, so that im not able to see entire information.how to get fields in multiple page using single crystal report viewer.

You can use Sub Report

In CR, you can also change the page layout of a report. Simply go to File > Page Setup and select your preferred paper size, orientation and Margins. Check the No Printer option to optimize screen display. This may not be the best solution. But gives you more space.

Solution 2: in section expert for details section there is one one option called format with multiple columns.. this will split the page in to columns and the report will continue printing in columns..
