I want to upgrade XP service pack from SP2 to SP3.
Please tell me will vs2005 properly work on SP3 without any other installation or if any other installation required please notify me.

yes it will work
upgraded system always have backwards compatability.
but i suggest to use at leat vs 2008 or vs 2010. which are more user freindly and more power ful thanks
