How to Handle JavaScript Exceptions Globally ?

hi I am working on a project where exceptoin handling mechnims is to be applied.
You all know that we can handle exception globally in Global.asax if we want to handl it at application level.
I want same functionality in javascript to handle javascript exceptions to handle it like Global.asax globally in javascript. How can I achieve this functionality?

window.onerror is not working in any browser.. SO now ?
