Grid Panel in ext.Net connect with sql server 2008

Hello Everyone,

I have a web Application in which i need to use Ext.net Grid panel Control.
I have to do three operation Add , Edit and Delete there. But i never use it before .
i found somelink but i not understand it. like in asp.net we use datasource to connect with sql server. how we will connect here. What is "Store"?
Please Provide me a link which help me to sort this.
