I have sql server 2008 installed on my pc and i have a db file of 2008 R2 edition,
So i have decided latest version 2012 to install in my pc.
Should i supposed to remove the Sql Server 2008 or not.
If no then where sholud i found sql server managment studio for 2012 in my PC.

Create a virtual drive and install the same i hope you will not get any issue on same. also find some useful links :

all the higher versions upgrades to lower Management Studio Console as well
so you need to uninstall management studio 2008 not the database server
you can run multiple instances of sql servers i.e. 2000 sql,2005 sql server, 2008 sql server, 2010 sql server database engines and only need one
latest management studio console for managing each of them.
