This question is waaaay too broad.

First download a database engine, mySQL, SqlLite, SQL Server Express etc...

Second, buy a book or follow the tutorials on MSDN. When you are stuck with some actual code, then post here for assistance.

A quick search using your exact question brought up more that 1.4M places to start.
