You want to lock one app or the complete mobile? Cuase that would be subject to the mobile, not an application.

Solution 1

There are two events, onResume() and onRestart(), they are the point at which the app will re-enter it's active life cycle and it is there you can do your unlock code.
To lock, just ask for a password, if needed, and then pause it.
