I want to know about avalonia framework performance

I want to make cross platform application which run on both windows and Linux.i have choosen avalonia.but I want to know it's performance over WPF.
I have some queries regarding this:

1. can it support all control like WPF.
2. any performance issue.
3. able to make large scale application.
4. it is sufficient to make beautiful gui or we need to install other libray.


If any one used.kindly give some feedback.

What I have tried:

I have tried .netCore WPF Application to run on ubuntu using wine.
but it's not working.
