How to Map datagrid colums to database table colums.

I have data grid which is used to display the csv file data of any type.I want only some columns of the data grid so that it matches the columns of database table.I want user to select the mapping between data grid columns and table columns in a view.How can i achieve this??Plz help me!!

use gridview row bound events if (check gridview binding values is correct or r wrong )
