OK, the basic idea is that you use a webcrawler (Google it) to read every website on the internet and then you create a database linking all the useful keywords to their websites. Then when someone types a few words into your website you dynamically create a page, or pages, linking to all those websites. And your system continues in the background keeping all the links up to date and updating new ones it finds. Quite simple really.
