Creating Standard Exe using c#

Hi,
I want to create exe file using c#,but that exe does not run on other computer except our own computer.
Please give me solution.

It may be many case for not working in other computer. one may be some of the depended DLL file missing on that computer ?
but if you provide exact steps and exception which you get will helpful to answer.
