If you have problem with reading then blog wont help at all, I would suggest you read you c++ related text book carefully. By the way don't be frustrated. It takes time to get the issues. Not all of us are born genius.

You should have a good knowledge of the programming language in order to better understand compiler errors. Try to study hard a good book on C++.
