Solution 1

Yes. Go to Control Panel--->Programs-->Turn Windows Feature on or off.-->Click on Internet Information Services and expand it--->then click on blank boxes that comes directly or indirectly under Internet Information Services. Click Ok. Will take around 5 minutes to activate IIS.
