Do you have the algorithm already in some other language? If yes, which?
What did you try so far?
What is the problem with implementing the algorithm? If you need realtime behaviour, it will not be easy to do it in the managed environment...
BTW: As others mentioned in your other question: this forum is not a place to ask for other writing code, but for help on *your* code.

as i see all comment is not for both is silly
and the site not helpful but make some people speak anything like both
site now lose member

As I read this[^] article, I guess it is possible:
