When I am Trying to Read an Excel file in the Event Receiver, I was getting Permission Error. so browsed and did the same given in the following URL

instead of Visual Web part1 I have given Features\MyEventReceiver1 since it is event receiver
and now getting the below error

Hi Solved myself...
Added the referenced assembly into GAC and now I'm not getting the permission error itself
