Links Not appearing in Mozilla and chrome but in IE

Hi all

we hosted an application in intranet server which was working well . But yesterday onwards some links which binding according to user rights not appearing in chrome and mozilla .which is working well in internet explorer . we tried

hosting application in local system which is working wee
run application hosted in server using visual studio 2008 which is working well
run hosted copy in local system which also working well
what may the reason static link buttons appearing well .only problem to dynamically binding HyperLink .I used hyperlink for this purpose .which was working well till yesterday . what may be the reason??
