Looking at all your questions you seem to be trying to learn C++, C#, COM etc all at the same time, just by posting random questions here. This is really not a good way to gain skills in software development. You should decide which area you want to learn first: desktop, web, database etc., then get some decent teaching materials on that subject and study and practice until you are comfortable with it and ready to broaden your knowledge to other areas.
