Convert Excel data to Datatable using LINQ

I have the following code to read the Excel data using LINQTOEXCEL

var sData = new LinqToExcel.ExcelQueryFactory(@"D:\FilePath.xls");
        var rows = (from row in sData.Worksheet("Sheet1")select row).ToList();

How can I convert this data into Data Table.
