How to get selected Item Id in Ajax Auto Complete Extender?

I'm using Ajax Auto Complete extender to get DoctorNames list to a text, now if select one of names from that list, How can I get that names ID too???

For example now I select one DoctorName("Arun Prashad") using Ajax auto complete extender, Now i want to get ("Arun Prashad") DoctorId. So how can I get it?
