This isn't a software providing website, it is a site where people help each other with coding/programming problems. I believe you are after some Google results or a freelancer website.

Google is this incredible search engine tool which allows you to type in "IT Asset Management Software" and you will get pages of results. Some might be free, some might be paid for take your pick. You can even use Google to search for "Freelance software developers" where you will get pages of results on which you can post your job requirement I.e. "I am looking for some IT Asset Management Software, can someone build it for me" then freelancers (who you will have to pay) might offer to do the job for you.

However, if I am completely wrong and you are just trying to write your own, use the Improve Question button and explain where you are stuck, what your problem is, etc and maybe people will be able to help with your coding issue.
