facing difficulty in binding resource file in wpf .

hi i want to create aresource file and bind into content of label

what i have done i have created a folder name Reource_Language
2)ad a resorcefile.resx name Resource.en_US.resx in this

now i want to bind the value to content of label
i want to know how to bind it to label.
