When I refresh page Div contents moves down

See more:

Everytime when i refresh my page in browser all Div contents moves down to different postion.
It remains same in Firefox.
Buth problem is in Safari ans google crome...
Please need help as soon as possible...

Don't refresh the page - that will solve the problem.

Sorry - couldn't resist.

You should try giving more information if you want people to help - is the page static or dynamic for example?

For debugging I would look at the source from each browser and compare it before and after each refresh.

There is also a possibility that some javascript is running that affects the layout on certain browsers - and maybe the refresh allows the JS to run (as it's been downloaded)

But as you can see, I'm having to guess as you haven't given enough information to go n.
