i am using AxFPSpreadADO.AxfpSpread active x control in windows application it builds successfully but at run time it gives an error

Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG))

i used this control like this

Me.GrdLeaveDtl = New AxFPSpreadADO.AxfpSpread

Hi pls check ur reference ? u have reference that dll,try to remove and reference again ,u have a key for that control ?

try to google,i am not sure about what version activex control u use,try to see reference folder that u refer activex control dll,if any one show warning icon ?
