how to sum a repeater column value and display on another lablel etc

For exampl me have five column in a repeater and i want the fourth column value to the specific control out of repeater like label .which located out of repeater and when i add new row to the repeater the value directly add to that control for example in that control the value are 50 and i add new row which have value 20 so the 20 are add to the 50 and the answer become a 70 .
i am waiting for your best and valuable answer thanks to all in advance
