I want to create a cache to the page output

HI,

I want to create cache to the page output,so when we request the same page it should load from the cache memory because to load the page fast,my database having 3lakhs of records so it's taking time to load the page.I thought that i want to create cache so that user can access from cache memory,if cache period expries it should call again ti cache the page.

Please Help me anyone
