How can I build web Browser prevent Nude,Naked and porno pictures to be shown?

I want to use the properties of the Image it self (R,G,B) color to convert them to Color.Black.
that is in my idea to check the image before loading to the Browser and cover the naked area.
I have allready Matrix to collect all posible colors of the common Ebony,Blonde and Brazilian for example pictures.

I'm alread test that with an image and convert the PornoColors with Color.black.
the qustions is how to join this with the Browser to check and convert before show.

You should train a neural network for the purpose. Just be sure the neurons are not underage.

How about looking at each colour on the image and comparing it with your table of 'porn colours' - add a score per 'porn colour' and, if the score is higher than some threshold, replace all the 'porn colours' with black?

Of course this won't work for black and white images, images of peoples body parts that are not in the least pornographic etc.
